These came on a pallet of 144, so the back lip on a few of them were not fully in tact, but that's not particularly surprising considering loading/unloading and moving the pallet. It didn't end up being a problem for the installation.The one item I will note with these is in regards to shipping them. If ordered in a pallet, bear in mind it is a 3000+ pound pallet and you won't be able to move it with a standard vehicle. Plan accordingly.In my case I ordered home delivery. The first company that attempted to deliver the product did not place the pallet on a truck that could actually get it off and a truck with a forklift had to be sent out to deliver the pallet.
