Simply slice foods using a back and forth motion, similar to using a mandoline. Use it for carrots, cucumbers, zucchini, potatoes, bananas, and even soft skin foods like tomatoes. The transparent design lets you see the volume of food that has been sliced. Thanks to the dual-sided blade, the operator can simply flip over the blade in order to create either thin or thick slices. Convenient triangle indicators show the operator which thickness has been selected. Made of extra sharp cutlery steel for professional use, the serrated blade is also removable for easy cleaning. The Mercer Culinary 12" dual thickness hand slicer has several other features to enhance safety and efficiency in your commercial kitchen.
