The cast iron grates lift off to allow for thorough cleansing, while a deep pull-out crumb tray also aids in quick clean-up at the end of the day. Plus, the burners have independent controls, so you can use them for different purposes simultaneously to boost your cooktop efficiency. This unit also boasts a 2" front ledge as extra workspace and combines with a 9 3/4" deep back shelf to hold essential seasonings and supplies for convenient access.
