One of our more unusual daylilies, Autumn red features robust red 4 to 5 inch blossoms with golden throats. The flowers are non-fading and bloom profusely throughout mid-summer. Unlike most daylilies, it re-blooms throughout summer with sufficient reliability to be categorized as everblooming . For her flaming petals of pleasing color and lush clumps of green foliage, Autumn Red is highly sought after. Things to Note If you seek the everblooming capabilities of Autumn Red, be certain that she has regular watering for optimal blossoms. This variety is dormant and remains without foliage for some period of time that is variable by growing region. Gardener Tips We adore a garden with Aztec Gold and Autumn Red (see our discounted package ), Butterfly Blue and Black-Eyed Susan . You will achieve lush textural elements combined with staggered bloom times and even multiple bloomers at once.
