This new generation Kobalt 1/2-inch drive Mid-Torque Impact Wrench uses the most innovative electronics and motor technology in the industry to deliver up to 650 ft-lb of nut busting torque. The new compact size allows the user to fit the tool into tighter spaces. The compact size offers a lightweight tool which maximizes productivity and reduces user fatigue on long workdays. The newly designed grip with soft overmold provides superior comfort along with improved balance makes this tool the go-to for every job. The Mid-Torque Impact Wrench was specifically designed for the Automotive user in mind featuring two electronically selected special mode settings. The hand-tight mode automatically senses when lug nuts are snugged up against a wheel and shuts the tool off, preventing the user from accidentally over torquing the lug nuts and damaging the threads. Auto Slow mode allows the tool to loosen nuts at high torque level and then once the nut is loosened, the RPMs automatically slow down preventing user from out of control feeling and losing the nut. These innovative electronic settings help the user complete jobs efficiently and without stress. This will be your new go-to tool for automotive use! The Kobalt impact wrench also features 3 speed/torque settings which can be easily selected using the electronic push button.
