This pressure cooker is beautifully made and should be a prototype or sold with a canning rack. It is not suitable for canning or sterilization, but is otherwise heirloom quality and should last forever. It is large enough to make chicken stock from a small chicken, but the lid is not usable and the steam can burn through the base. It is easy to clean and vacuum, and the customer service is excellent.
