These flowers are very easy to go. This order will come with 10 bulbs that are of different sizes. They grow easily in my back yard anywhere, especially in sunny areas. These flowers are very easy to go. This order will come with 10 bulbs that are of different sizes. They grow easily in my back yard anywhere, especially in sunny areas. They spread by bulb division and seeds. They spread pretty fast, so give enough room for them to grow. Very beautiful flowers and make great bouquets in the spring. Armeniacum (grape hyacinth) is the best known of the Muscari-species. True blue scented flowers, very nice along the edge of a path with Campanula portenschlagiana or Dianthus deltoides. Can be used in containers as well. Height: 4-8" Bloom Time: Mid Spring FYI: I don't dig up the plants until ready to ship, so that they would be healthy and alive. So, they may arrive with leaves. Please plant them as soon as you get them. That way there is a higher chance of them surviving. The seeds will start out as a thick piece of grass, but by the following year may have blooms. To plant Muscari Bulbs the bulbs should be planted with the nose of the bulb upward (or the roots facing downwards) and the Blue Grape Hyacinth - Armeniacum Muscari should be planted roughly 3" deep and 2" apart from one another. Note: For some bulbs you may not be able to tell which way is up or down, in these cases just plant them on their side and they will adjust on their own.
