It's portable and offers a 40,000 BTU maximum capacity, sufficient to heat an area up to 1,000-sq. ft. It was designed with automatic overheat shutoff protection and is CSA-listed for safety. Hose and regulator assembly are included (LP tank sold separately). 30,000 - 60,000 BTUs Heats up to 1,350-sq. ft.
