If you have any specific requests, please write them under "Special Instructions". We don't include any backgrounds on 3D crystals. However, if people are sitting on grass, the floor or a chair, we may include those objects. For a personalized item, you have the option of engraving words along with your photo. We have a character limit including spaces since longer text might interfere with the images. The character limit will depend on the size of crystal chosen. Don't worry, if we are concerned that there are too many words, we will contact you. For optimal viewing experience we highly recommend adding a Custom LED Base to your order There is an additional charge of $60.00 to your order for the conversion of Cars, Boats, Landscapes, and Buildings for 3D Crystal Production Our 3D Crystal Keepsakes Have A 2-3 Business Day Production Time Before Shipping (unless Rush Production option selected) Example: If your order is placed on Monday, it will ship on Wednesday.
