The long wispy flower stems seem to reproduce nonstop with delicate, white, butterfly-shaped flowers that dance around in the slightest breeze. Gaura Sparkle White is a natural addition to wildflower meadows, cottage gardens, or transitional zones of rain gardens. The slightly pink-blushed white flowers attract scores of beneficial pollinators from early summer to late fall. The blue-green foliage is not damaged by slugs, snails, deer, or rabbits and makes a great contrast to other perennials, such as ornamental grasses and coneflowers.Sparkle White Wand Flower CarePlant Sparkle White in well-draining soils. Heavy clay soil is not suitable for Gaura. The roots need to have excellent drainage all year round. Ensure new plants receive one inch of natural rain or supplemental irrigation per week.
