House Republicans have released a scathing report on their investigation into the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan.

The report lays the blame for the chaotic end of America’s longest war at the feet of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.

But the 353-page report by the House Foreign Affairs Committee argues that President Joe Biden would have pulled U.S. troops anyway, as shown by his adherence to the Trump deal, and it says his administration did so in a way that created unsafe conditions for American personnel.
