FAA fines Elon Musk's SpaceX $633,000 for violations during two launches from Florida

The agency said Tuesday that Elon Musk’s commercial space company failed to follow requirements of its launch license by using an unapproved launch control room and deleting a mandatory part of the pre-launch checklist during a Falcon 9 launch in May 2023.
