Prince Harry became the first high-ranking British royal to take to the witness stand in more than 130 years this week.

The Duke of Sussex testified against Mirror Group Newspapers for alleged unlawful information gathering in a London courtroom this week

Prince Harry entered the courtroom on a mission to prove the publisher of the Daily Mirror tabloid hacked his phone and unlawfully snooped.

Prince Harry ended his testimony in his trial against a newspaper group. “For my whole life, the press have misled about me and covered up their wrongdoing,” he said.

Harry has told the court he's determined to stop the "madness" of news outlets using alleged unlawful activities to obtain personal information.

Harry was defended from online critics of his phone-hacking lawsuit heard in London this week, by a member of his mother's family.

The Duke of Sussex enters his second day of testifying in a London court on Wednesday, as part of his lawsuit against a major British newspaper publisher. Harry will be cross-examined by Andrew Green,
