Biden was charged with nine tax-related counts Thursday, adding to three federal gun charges he’s already pleaded not guilty to.

A federal grand jury indicted the president's son Hunter Biden on nine charges on Thursday, all related to allegations of tax fraud and evasion.

Hunter Biden was indicted on three felonies and six misdemeanors, including filing a false return and tax evasion felonies, as well as misdemeanor failure to file and failure to pay. Hunter Biden, 53, could receive a maximum of 17 years in prison.

Hunter Biden has been indicted on nine tax-related charges, including three felony counts, according to court documents filed in a federal court in Los Angeles.

The new charges come in addition to federal firearms charges in Delaware alleging the president's son broke a law against drug users having guns in 2018.
