A Russian drone attack killed at least three people, including a child and an elderly woman, and injured dozens of others late on April 16 in the southeastern Ukrainian city of Dnipro, the regional governor said.

Footage showed the moment Ukrainian drones attacked the city of Shuya in central Russia's Ivanovo region. Shuya hosts the 112th Missile Brigade, which operates Iskander ballistic missiles. Locals told Russian media the military base was the target.
