Higgins is slated to play on the $21.8 million franchise tag this season after the Bengals tagged him a couple of months ago.

Chad Johnson is not worried about the contract impasse between Tee Higgins and the Cincinnati Bengals. The former Bengals star spoke to TMZ and said
