Thousands of demonstrators including students and non-students showed up Sunday on campus for four different protests

Dozens of pro-Israeli and pro-Palestinian protesters countered each other Sunday at the University of California Los Angeles Campus following days of unrest over the ongoing war in Gaza.

Columbia University's president said on Monday that talks with pro-Palestinian protesters who began camping on the Ivy League campus two weeks ago had failed, and urged them to voluntarily disperse, without saying what would happen if they did not.
